Beautiful, high quality 1969 Topps super re-print card of Roberto Clemente. Mintcondition. This card is the exact same size as the original.

HISTORY: The 1969 Topps “Super Baseball Cards” measured 2-1/4" by 3-1/4” - they were not oversized like the 1970 and 1971 super cards. The set derived its name from a “super colorful” high-gloss finish which enhances a bright color photograph used on their fronts. The only other design element on the front is a facsimile autograph. The backs contain a box at the bottom that carries the player’s name, team, position, a copyright line and the card number. Another unusual feature is the cards rounded corners.
