This discontinued Rachael Ray × Füri Gusto-Grip set includes all eight original knives with the matching wooden storage block.
The original set contained 10 pieces; the kitchen shears are not included.
One of the most interesting features is the Füri Guard antimicrobial protection built permanently into the handles during manufacturing, rather than simply added to the surface.
This was a forward-thinking feature for its time, designed to help protect the handles against bacteria and other microorganisms.
The patented handles were shaped to help keep the hand from slipping forward while providing a comfortable, secure grip even when hands are wet or oily.
Each knife also has a strong tang and forged bolster for better strength, balance, and control.
The CrMoV stainless-steel blades were designed to hold their edges well, resist corrosion, and remain easy to sharpen.
The four colorful paring knives belong together and are original to the collection; they’re not mismatched replacements.
Included 8 knives total:
* 7-inch Cook’s Knife
* 6-inch Santoku Knife
* 7-inch Bread Knife
* 5-inch Serrated Utility Knife
* 4-inch Blue Paring Knife
* 4-inch Burgundy Paring Knife
* 4-inch Green Paring Knife
* 4-inch Yellow Paring Knife
* Matching wooden storage block
The original kitchen shears are not included.
Finding nearly the entire discontinued set together, especially in this condition, can be difficult.
Although the shears are missing, all eight knives remain with the original block, making this a more affordable way to own this hard-to-find collection through our small family-run store.
