This is a very rare brooch from the touring exhibition across various museums of all of Princess Diana's personal effects. This would have been worn by volunteers working the exhibits. This particular example is from 2005, only two years into an exhibition which lasted over a decade.

Our understanding is that the brooch is made of enamel and gold plated brass. The brooch, pin, badge, or pendant, whatever you want to call it, measures approximately two and a half inch by 1 and a half in and it's very well made.
