He is a very well established one that had just unfurled a striking creamy to white streaks and splashes variegated fenestrated leaf that will soon become its largest. He stands at 24" tall by 23" wide and the largest leaf measures 10" long (not including the petioles) with a couple rooted nodes in the soil and roots starting to peeking out of its 1 gal pot.
Hard to find him at this size and this kind. He will grow quite large. Very easy care. Can handle different household conditions and is drought tolerant. Place in a bright room away from direct sunlight, pot in an aroid mix and water only when the soil feels dry or completely dry.
