Rawlings 1979 XPG3 Horween HOH Wing Tip Flex-O-Matic VERY RARE MODEL USA Glove:
$199.00
Very rare find, 1978 Horween Wing Tip, Flex-O-Matic. I love to play catch with these classic models and this one feels great on the hand, the inside palm leather is still very, very nice and it has a great pocket. Great stampings and fairly solid patches remain. The obvious liability is writing in three places: on the inner palm, near the inside of the pinky finger and on the edge of the wrist strap. It appears a previous owner has tried to remove the outside ink, but not the inside ink. I have not tried to remove the ink because it’s part of the story of the glove in my opinion. Without the ink, I would probably start this one at $250 but with the ink I’m gonna start it at 199$. Please see all photos and ask any questions before offerding. Cheers!
