Shipping Schedule:
If ordered before noon Monday through Friday (excluding holidays), it is likely that your order will ship the same day. If ordered after noon Monday through Thursday, or if special circumstances dictate the seller is unable to ship the same day, your order will ship the following business day. Orders received after 12pm Friday through Sunday will ship on Monday.

Eligibility Window
Returns are accepted within 30 calendar days of delivery.
After 30 days, items are no longer eligible for return.
Condition Requirements
Items must be returned in the same condition received.
Accepted conditions for return:
Factory Sealed / Unopened – Item must remain in original packaging, with all seals intact.
Opened but Unused – Item must be in “like-new” condition with all original packaging, accessories, and inserts included.
Lightly Used but Reset/Restored – Electronics must be reset to factory settings and free of personal data or account locks. Packaging and accessories must be intact.
Items not eligible for return:
Products with missing accessories, altered or damaged packaging, or removed serial numbers.
Items showing signs of wear, tampering, misuse, or damage not present at delivery.
