Beautiful, vintage HO scale Rivarossi Baltimore & Ohio 2-10-2 \"Santa Fe\" Class S-1a Locomotive with Vanderbilt Tender in Excellent Overall Condition,with original AHM box. Made in Italy. Road # 6206, Stock # 5099.Take a look at the photos (enlarged) and see what you think. (Pardon any camera flash reflection.)ALL factory-installed detail body parts appear to be present, as model looks to have been very gently run! Loco was track-tested and after a quick warm-up, it ranwell/smoothlyfor just a few feetin both directions on a straight track to confirm it runs. Headlight illuminates. It could likely use a good lube & oil, because it has sat idle in the box for quite some time. Be sure to thoroughly review all the photos as they are considered part of the description and because I\'m selling this item \"As Is\", of course. Tender has all detail parts present, and it also has electrical pick-up. (Loco will not run on track without the tender attached.)As can be seen in last 2 photos, the silver metal wheels on both the loco & tender indicate use, but theyare alsoextremelyclean! I cleaned all the wheels myself, for optimal electrical pick-up. Both drive wheel traction tires are present and in excellent shape. An alternate geared driver wheelset with flanges is included (see it inside still-sealed baggiestored in insert pocket in 1st photo). Tender has a factory-installed horn-hookcoupler and pilot has a factory-installed dummy knuckle coupler.As you can see in enlarged photos, the loco & tender bodies are both in at least \"excellent\" overall shape, maybe even a notch higher \"like new\", but I like to rate my items conservatively so as to never disappoint! The over 50-year-old box is naturallyshelf-worn with three very small (dime size) tears in the windows, but it still remains in very good/solid condition (see photos 1, 12 & 13). Both the cardboard insert and the plastic insert tray are in excellent shape. No paperwork is included.
