Rod Stewart Signed Soccer Ball Caught at Concert Late 1980s Autographed Football For Sale

This is an autographed soccer ball that Rod Stewart kicked into the audience during one of his concerts in the late 1980s in New York — and I personally caught it at the show.

I have owned the ball ever since.

Rod Stewart\'s love of soccer/football is well known, and kicking signed soccer balls from the stage into the audience became one of his longstanding concert traditions.

The ball has a large Rod Stewart signature in black marker, as shown in the photographs.

This was not purchased from an autograph dealer or obtained secondhand. I was at the concert, Rod kicked the ball from the stage into the audience, I caught it, and it has remained in my possession since.

I do have the ticket stub from the concert where I caught it.

The ball is now approximately 35–40 years old and shows age consistent with that history. Please examine all photographs carefully for condition and the appearance of the signature.
