Beautiful vintage Rookwood Pottery elephant bookend dating to 1921. The base is clearly marked with the Rookwood Pottery RP/flame factory mark, Roman numeral XXI for 1921, and impressed shape number 2444C.
Features a blue-gray glazed ceramic finish with wonderful variation and character. A substantial decorative piece and a great example of early 20th-century Rookwood pottery.
