These are not standard replacement hydraulic flat-tappet lifters.
Enginetech specifies RFC350-16 for use with retrofit roller camshafts only.
For the 383 stroker application, the catalog specifically identifies these for engines originally equipped with flat followers and being converted to a retrofit hydraulic roller camshaft.
Your complete conversion may require additional valvetrain components depending on the engine and camshaft being used. Always verify the entire valvetrain combination before installation.
