This was a Special Limited Production piece from The Historical Collection in 1994The Historical Collection brings backthe complex, lost art-glass techniques of Fenton's golden era. Cranberry Hobnail Opalescent Glass was first added to their line in 1940.
This Fairy Light was "revived" in June of 1994 to December of 1994. They were never released directly to the general public. Instead, the catalog supplement was sent strictly to authorized Fenton dealers and gift shops to place upfront orders for a short window. What they received is what was available to the public. That is why these pieces are so scarce.
This Beautiful 3 Piece Fairy Light stands 7" Tall x 6" Wide.Produced of a mixture of the French Opalescent & Gold Ruby Glass.This glass is not pressed but blown into a mold.***NOTE***As shown on thesupplement page I have in the photos, the Shade of this Fairy Light differs from the photo in the supplement because it was being "revised" into the shape you see here.
