This is a scarce, vintage leather Aztec Handi Box number 9 made by the famous H. H. HEISER in Denver. These boxes are hard to find. If you were able to find one, it probably wouldn’t be in as good of condition as this one. It is super clean inside and out. This item is circa 1920’s - 1930’s. It is listed in the HEISER catalog no. 36 on page 47. These boxes came in four designs: plain, checker box, Aztec (floral carved) and the Magnifico. The box is in very excellent condition. There is one or two minor spots on the lid. Great unique item by H. H. HEISER out of Denver.
