I see no mark as to the Maker or Country. They have weathered or distressed wood legswith metal hardware. The top plate is metal. They open, and close fine, and I see No signsof use. All I did was dust them a little. They are 16”, and 12” tall. and both weigh 3.5 pounds.The Candle is Not included. They will be Well Packed for Safe Delivery.
