This was part of Moen’s premium ShowHouse designer line, originally sold through higher-end plumbing showrooms. Heavy, substantial construction with a large arched spout, faceted bases and sculptural lever handles.
Brushed nickel finish
2-handle centerset design
2.2 GPM / 8.3 LPM
Heavy metal/brass construction
Original ShowHouse “SH” marking
Discontinued luxury Moen collection
Includes faucet assembly as shown
Previously installed, so there is normal evidence of use and some oxidation/verdigris on the mounting threads underneath. Visible finished surfaces present very nicely overall. Please review photos carefully for condition and included parts.
A distinctive, high-quality fixture that would be especially good for someone replacing an existing Felicity faucet or looking for an older premium Moen design that is no longer available.
