No chips or cracks of any kind and I don't know what flea bites are, but I doubt if it has that too, his vase is in beautiful shape. It has sat in my curio cabinet for 5 years. I tried to get a good picture of the signature on the bottom. It is lightly etched on there, so it was hard to get a pick of it. Also, the made in Poland sticker. I tried to get a good one of that, too.
