Sinclair Oil Corporation board of directors portfolio with contents dated 1962. Large 11"x14.5" leather portfolio formerly owned by Mr. Charles F McGoughran, Sinclair executive. Cover gold stamped with Sinclair Oil corporation, Mr McGoughran's name and 'do not remove from directors room'. This may have been Mr McGoughran's final meeting, some of the agenda items relate to his resignation dated August 31, 1962. Sections include agenda, Sinclair production and sales figures, minutes of previous meeting, resolutions and balance sheets.Condition: Overall Good+. Some mustiness from storage, and last divider page is slightly cracked with a small area of missing material. Portfolio itself is in very good condition, with only wear at head and heel of spine. A very unique piece of petroliana for those interested in Sinclair history!
