About the Books (Synopsis)
This magnificent 7-volume set collects Stephen King\'s crowning literary achievement—the epic journey of Roland of Gilead, the last gunslinger, as he tracks the elusive Dark Tower across a world that has moved on.
Joined along the way by a diverse and unforgettable ka-tet drawn from different eras of our own world—Eddie, Susannah, Jake, and the lovable bumbler Oy—Roland faces impossible odds, deadly demons, nostalgic horrors, and cosmic machinations.
Blending classic westerns, high fantasy, and post-apocalyptic horror, The Dark Tower series is widely regarded as the ultimate cornerstone of modern imaginative fiction.
