Does your hose reel leak? This is what you need to fix it. You will need 2 o rings. One o ring is just a little bigger than the other. I will included 2 of each, so you can repair your reel 2 times. These will fix models: STA100, SWA100, STA100J, STA125B and MJT60DT. This is a very easy reel to fix. Below you will find the instructions to disassemble the hose reel and replace the leaking orings. Also this will fix models HRP60 and HRP60B. I have never disassembled these 2 reels. You will be on your own. Thanks for looking!
Suncast hose reel1) TURN OFF WATER TO REEL!!!l2) remove plastic clip3) remove reel , this should pull off pretty easy, if not use a flat blade screw driver4) remove o rings, please notice the size difference, the larger one goes on the base of the shaft, the smaller one goes on the end, you can use a pair of needle nose pliers5) clean o ring placement6) use some o ring lube,USE ONLY 100% Silicone Greasearound the rings7) install the o rings8) replace reel and clip***USPS is experiencing significant delays across their delivery network.
