Has some reflective paint missing on the inside reflector of the light casting a shadow when pointed at a flat surface and probably would be brighter with the reflective surface all there also may be some smudges inside the Pyrex window. The tail cap may be missing a trim piece that fits around the button but doesn’t affect the operation.
