To return an item from our shop please contact us either via or give us a call and speak to our Parts Department. Parts that have been fitted or that have not been returned in the original packaging in the 30 days will not be accepted as a return due to the fact we cannot re sell the item. Please enclose a copy of your invoice in the package when returning.
All new items have at least 12 months manufacturer’s warranty but must go through our procedure, this includes returning the item for manufacturer testing and finding faults with the item. If the manufacture deems with item damaged or worn, then the claim will be rejected. For any reason you return a part without informing a parts department, this will just cause delay in the process.
For any reason you do return an item for being faulty then we can offer a refund or a replacement part if the manufacturer deems it at fault. If you are just returning the item because you no longer want the goods, then it will have a 20% transaction charge.
