Set of eight antique books entitled The Spectator; corrected from the originals, with a new biographical preface by N. Ogle, Esq.. Printed in London in 1827 by Geo. B. Whittaker, complete in eight volumes--runs from No. 1 to No. 635. Each volume is around 300+ pages and each has a frontispiece illustration as shown.All are in Good condition, ex-library with all the usual markings--see photos, little usage of this set, general light exterior wear to corners/edges/spine extremes, texts are clean with no writing or underlining---occasional check marks in the indices.
