Our military surplus items are individually inspected and graded according to the ?Item Conditions? in the item description. Typically this is: Fair, Good, Very Good, or Excellent. New items will simply be described as New or Never Issued. Never Issued items may have some dust or signs of storage / handling but show no signs of ever having been used or laundered. Items described as CIF / Supply Turn in or Need Repair items are normally purchased by military personnel who need an item to replace lost items. We try to be very descriptive and thorough in the condition description so that you know exactly what you are receiving. Please ask if you have questions regarding item description or condition.
