Very nice condition.Gently flipped through it, I found no writing(beyond the owners info on front page) no tears or dog ear. There is an extra pamphlet that I found in the middle.
Please see the photos and ask any questions prior to offerding.I am a smoke free, cat friendly environment, but most of my items are estate finds.Color in person may vary from photos due to lighting and screen settings.
Please note. When selecting USPS shipping, please add one day to the shipping. No mater what time I drop off, or it\'s picked up, packages do not leave my local post office until the next morning.UPS packages dropped off before 3pm est, move the same day, after 3pm. It\'s 50/50.
