This is Thomas, as he was made for the TOMY Plarail Thomas & Friends toy line.He\'s technically dated both 2002 and 1992, but I\'m willing to guess the more recent date shown on it is the correct one.He unfortunately does not run anymore, and in addition to that part of his bufferbeam has chipped off and both of his traction tires are missing.
