Up for sale an amazing original and complete Thomas Toy Battle Stations Sea & Air Combat Atomic Action play-set #370.This vintage play-set was made after WWII and the advent of atomic weapons, giving kids a chance to play out atomic warfare on the smallest of scales. The set features an atomic submarine with two atomic torpedoes, an exploding battleship with target plates for both the submarine and atomic bomber to hit, and an atomic bomber with three atomic bombs to use targeting the battleship.Usually with these sets you are missing components or one of the toys has a broken piece, but this set is in near perfect condition and everything works as it was designed to in the 1950’s. The box is in moderate to good shape considering the age, holds its shape well, and all of its graphics are easy to read and see. This is a great toy representing the naivety of 1950’s views of atomic warfare and would fit well into any collection covering the 1950’s culture, atomic age, or fans of the Fallout video game series.
