To help maintain product quality and customer satisfaction, a selection of items from each batch is randomly inspected and tested as part of our quality control process. Individual bottles may not be opened or tested, particularly when factory sealed.
1. Batch Sample Inspection
A sample of fragrances from each batch is selected for inspection to evaluate the overall condition and consistency of the inventory.
2. Packaging & Bottle Inspection
Selected items are checked for visible damage, leakage, cracks, evaporation, and packaging condition. Outer boxes may have minor dents, scratches, creases, fading, or other cosmetic imperfections from storage and handling.
3. Sprayer & Component Check
On selected unsealed samples, sprayers, caps, and other bottle components may be checked for proper operation and overall condition.
4. Fragrance Condition Check
Selected samples may be evaluated for noticeable changes in appearance or fragrance. Older, discontinued, or long-stored colognes and perfumes may have slight changes in scent, color, strength, or overall fragrance profile due to age or previous storage conditions, including exposure to heat, light, or temperature fluctuations.
5. Final Visual Inspection Before Shipping
Each order receives a visual inspection before shipment to check for obvious leakage, damage, and general condition without opening factory-sealed products.
