An incredible, ultra-rare archive piece from the late-90s New York City streetwear scene. These 1998 Transcend NYC graphic trousers feature an incredible all-over pop culture collage print. The vibrant design boasts a retro cinematic layout complete with character portraits, romantic pulp themes, mid-century neon signs (including the \"Stardust\" and \"Ace High Motel\"), floral accents, and bold star motifs.
True vintage deadstock from independent NYC clothing line Transcend (operated 1998-2000). Designed in NYC, made in South Korea. Only 50 pairs were made. Ultra rare piece of Y2K fashion history that at one time hung on racks next to the likes of Vivian Tam and Anna Sui.
Constructed with a sturdy, high-quality mid-weight denim feel typical of late-90s manufacturing. They feature a high-waisted, classic 5-pocket construction, a flattering bootcut/slight flare silhouette, and distinct bottom hem side slits designed to sit perfectly over boots or sneakers.
