Battalion “Fluffy” – Official Ukrainian Charity Postage Stamps 2024
A heartwarming and charitable postage issue dedicated to Ukrainian defenders and their four-legged friends.
Even in the harsh reality of war, there is still space for mercy, kindness, and love. Ukrainian soldiers often rescue cats and dogs from destroyed cities and villages. These fluffy companions become true battle buddies, loyal friends, and the best “antidepressants” for our tired warriors.
Photos of Ukrainian defenders cuddling with rescued puppies and kittens have warmed hearts around the world, showing the humanity and compassion of our heroes.
This special issue pays tribute to all soldiers who find strength and comfort in the unconditional love of animals, and to the helpless pets who lost their homes but found new families among Ukraine’s defenders.
