In no event shall the Seller's total liability exceed the amount paid by the Buyer to the Seller for the item. Any disputes, claims, or lawsuits arising from or related to this Agreement/Sale shall be brought exclusively in the state courts of Wisconsin. This clause shall survive and continue into perpetuity.
