This is a string-bound portfolio of photographs ofthe University of Michigan at Ann Arbor from 1903. The photographshave a beautiful sepia tone and lots of detail. Each has a caption beneath.
There are32 pages of photographs.The page measures 7x5.5inches (18 x 14 cm). The full-page photos measure approximately 5.5 x 4 inches (14 x 10 cm). The title page has a 1926 inscription from HB Alexander (Class of 1869) to his daughter Margaret.
Produced by the Albertype Company as a set of mechanical photogravure prints. It is dated 1903.
