This 8 inch brass bound rosewood level has two good bubbles that appear to have been replaced at some point. It has the looks of a real early one with only one side window on two vials. The rosewood has some fantastic grain, almost an iridescentlook, used some harsh light on some pics to help the grain show on screen. It has been tuned up at some point in its life but the brass has had time to tone down a bit. These small rosewood levels like this are getting increasingly hard to find, make this early one yours while you have the chance!
