**Up for sale is an incredibly rare piece of Minnesota railroad and winter festival history.**

This is an original **1930s Great Northern Railway (GNR) Marching Club uniform coat**, custom manufactured by the legendary local workwear brand **Harriswear Sport Garments** out of Minneapolis, Minnesota.

These striking, heavy-weight striped wool coats were famously commissioned by GNR executives (inspired by Louis W. Hill\'s promotion of Glacier National Park) for railroad employees to wear while marching in the historic **St. Paul Winter Carnival** parades.
