The iconic Perrier-JouëtBelle Époqueglasses, featuring the Japanese anemone design, were created in 1902 byÉmile Gallé.This design was originally intended for Perrier-Jouët magnum bottles and has since become a symbol of the brand, particularly associated with their Belle Époque vintage champagnes.
In 1964, Perrier-Jouet introduced their Belle Epoque collection featuring beautiful floral artwork by Emile Galle which was painted in 1902. Appearing on both wine bottles and glasses, these flowers quickly become an iconic symbol of the brand capturing the essence of the real Belle Epoque era (1871-1914). This was a moment in history caught between wars, which represented hope, peace and emphatic appreciation for the cultural arts and innovation - all characteristics that were important to both Pierre and Rose the century before. Admired as much for its physical aesthetic, as well as its long history and flavorful contents, Perrier-Jouet continues to enchant wine enthusiasts around the world.
