VINTAGE c.1910 LORILLARD'S TIGER FINE CUT TOBACCO CARD — JENNIE GOLDTHWAITE
Up for sale is a scarce American Tobacco Company insert card featuring stage actress Jennie Goldthwaite, issued with Lorillard's Tiger Fine Cut Chewing Tobacco.
Card Highlights:
Front: Oval portrait of Jennie Goldthwaite with ornate border design.
Back: Stamped with the distinctive "Lorillard's TIGER Fine Cut 2 oz. Full Weight 5 Cts" warning and caution text back.
Scarcity: While similar portrait cards were issued by British brands like Ogden's, the Lorillard's Tiger Fine Cut American brand back is much scarcer and highly sought after by pre-war tobacco card collectors.
Condition: Authentic antique condition. Shows edge wear, light corner rounding, and minor surface marks consistent with age. Back print remains bold and clear. Please examine images for exact visual details.
