Original made in the USA.Tested and works, twister is a bit stiff, uses 1.1mm lead (does NOT come with lead).
Condition is fair, with standard wear, scratches/scuffs, minor dings/dents, natural tarnish. Note that the tip cone is rusty and slightly damaged, buyer may wish to have it replaced (it would need to be oiled or pliers used to unscrew as it is currently stuck, I couldn't get it to budge by hand, possible rust buildup in the threads).
