Very unusual hanging grapes brooch. The grapes hang from decorative foliage. This appears to be copper with a patina that is pleasing to the eye. The clasp appears to be an old design C hook. The hook easily releases the pin due to the C hook not being tight enough however, I will leave this up to the buyer if they feel it is necessary. It is possible putting on a blouse will provide sufficient pressure that it will stay in the C hook.Note: 3 grapes are red however the two top left are more yellow with red tinges possibly to represent grapes not fully ripe.C hooks are very old way to fasten a brooch which is why I have said it is old..
