Hallmarks: Glasgow town mark (tree), lion rampant (Glasgow standard mark), maker\'s mark D.E, Gothic date letter (reads as M, which would be c.1857; please check photos), and Queen Victoria duty head. Hallmarks are clear.
Engraving: Script monogram \"JLB\" and initials \"H.L.J.H\" engraved on the bowl, contemporary with the piece.
