Vintage Victorinox Ranger (91mm) in PRISTINE condition - I would safely call this "collection grade" as most tools appear either unused or very lightly used, dating from the pre 1985 era based on its tool evolution and tang stamp details.
This example features the classic white “Camping” and "Hoffritz" logo on the front scale and several hallmark characteristics of mid-1980s Victorinox production:
Crossbow tang stamp on the main blade
Pre-1991 construction (no parcel hook)
No half-stop on the cap lifter, a feature introduced later in the 1980s
Transitional backstamp era with uniform-height lettering
Older coarse-cut file pattern typical of early–mid 1980s models
Old-style awl/reamer with the earlier tapered profile
Fluted corkscrew, correct for this period
Condition
Pristine vintage condition throughout.
Tools either unused or have very light use and open and close smoothly with crisp, strong snap.
Scales are excellent, showing only minor pocket or storage wear consistent with age.
The file retains its sharp, original early-1980s machining pattern.
Back tools (awl and corkscrew) are clean, sharp, and fully functional.
A well-preserved, fully authentic example ideal for any Victorinox or Swiss Army Knife collection.
Hard to find in this condition, especially with the Camping and Hoffritz logos and crossbow stamp intact.
