Wonderful original vintage Ideal Shirley Temple doll dress, sized to fit an approximately 13” doll. The dress retains its original Shirley Temple / Ideal Doll Dress cloth NRA tag.Made in a brown, caramel and cream plaid, the dress features a full pleated skirt, short puffed sleeves with contrasting cream bands, and a large double-layer cream collar edged in tan with decorative stitching. The back closes at the neckline with a button.The original sewn-in cloth label is marked “SHIRLEY TEMPLE” in red along with “DOLL DRESS,” “REG. U.S. PAT. OFF.” and “IDEAL NOV. & TOY CO.” This is an authentic vintage 1930’s Shirley Temple outfit rather than an unmarked replacement dress. There is a tag remnant inside back seam where size tag was originally The dress remains in quite good condition.
