A large pear-cut Swiss blue topaz, estimated 9-12 carats, deeply saturated, internally flawless to the eye, alive with light — set within a sweeping sculptural 14K yellow gold bezel that wraps the stone like a wave caught mid-motion. The goldwork is architectural and deliberate: two broad polished planes that hold the stone at opposing angles, creating shifting depth and shadow with every movement. It is, without qualification, a serious piece of jewelry.
The color is the kind of blue that doesn't photograph. It has to be seen. Rich, clear, swimming — not the pale sky blue of lesser stones, but a deep Swiss blue that commands attention without demanding it. At approximately 22mm, it sits on the chest with exactly the weight and presence a pendant like this deserves.
