- Binding/Hinge: The front inner hinge is split/cracked, exposing the mesh/webbing underneath (see photos). The cover remains attached but is delicate at the front hinge.
- Odor: The book has a noticeable, distinct musty smell from age and storage.
- Inscriptions: There is a vintage previous owner's name written in blue ink ("Raymond Toothaker") on the half-title page.
- Pages: The interior pages are generally intact, with some scattered minor spots/staining on a few pages (see photos for examples).
