--Vintage early FIELDER\'S CHOICE APPROVED MODEL baseball glove, dating approximately to the 1930s–early 1940s.--
-This attractive original glove features a classic SPLIT-FINGER design with a single leather tunnel web, WHITE/LIGHT TAN LEATHER, contrasting dark cloth binding and ORANGE STITCHING.
-The palm retains faint but readable FIELDER’S CHOICE and APPROVED MODEL markings. Additional, an original stamping is visible above “Fielder’s Choice,” but it is too faint to identify with certainty.
-The original maker is presently unknown.
-The glove has excellent vintage display appeal, with an especially ATTRACTIVE light leather color and STRONG CONTRAST from the dark binding and stitching.
-The interior OLIVE GREEN cloth lining remains completely intact, and all of the original construction and stitching is still present.
-Condition is consistent with age and use. There is surface wear, creasing and discoloration, wear along the lower binding and wrist area, and a small area separation/damage at the finger crotch, which is clearly shown in the photographs.
