Up for sale is an authentic 1928 Rookwood Pottery two-handled flared production vase, catalog shape #6078 (originally designed by Kataro Shirayamadani). It features a beautiful, mottled matte turquoise/teal glaze with distinct vertical embossed detailing.
Markings: Fully marked on the base with the Rookwood "RP" monogram surrounded by 14 flames, the Roman numerals "XXVIII" (1928), and shape number "6078".
Condition: Excellent, like-new condition.
No chips, cracks, crazing, fleabites, or repairs.
