These rare pair of vintage shoe clips are crafted by the legendary jewelry maker Hobé. These elegant pieces feature a beautifully stylized, fluid ribbon bow motif rendered in heavy sterling silver. At the center of each bow sits a brilliant, bezel-set royal blue Czech glass rhinestone that catches the light beautifully. Dating to the late 1930s to early 1940s. Perfect for adding a touch of Art Deco glamour to a pair of modern heels, flats, or they can also double as beautiful accents for a handbag, hat, or lapel.
Condition: Good vintage condition. The silver has a gorgeous, aged patina which can be polished by the buyer if a brighter finish is preferred. Clips are tight and perfectly functional. The clips have been identified as Hobé, but there is no signature.
