Vintage redhead drake working decoy from Talbot County, Maryland, attributed to the Daffin family. Label states it was likely hunted on the Miles and Wye Rivers during the 1930s and notes its unusual two-piece construction. Excellent old working surface, carved feather detail, and strong Chesapeake form. Shows honest age, paint wear, cracks and hunting use as pictured. Old collection label remains attached underneath.
