You are looking at a beautiful late1940’s Knox fifteen fedora in a Size 7 3/8.The hat is a beautiful sage green with a stunning russet brown grosgrain ribbon.The felt overall is in great shape with little fading as the color is a rich sage green.There is a nip on the underside of the brim but nothing serious.The original owner also restitched part of the inner band to the hat. But done carefully and is very solid.(see pics).The size tag is gone but it is sold as a 7 3/8A beautiful example from the golden age of style.I received it from a fellow hat collector. I love this hat but unfortunately I have to downsize my collection due to a recent big move.The measurements are as follows:
Brim: 2 3/4”
Crown: 5”
Grosgrain ribbon: 1 3/4”
