Vintage 1940s or 1950s Black Velvet Tilt Hat New Look Halle Brothers Fascinator
Beautiful and avant-garde late 1940s / early New Look hat made from black velvet. So unique! Total conversation piece! Hat design is a large, stiff piece that folds and overlaps on itself. Comes with a matching hatpin. Has no interior ways to secure. I\"m not sure if you pin it, or if you use the hat pin to pin through your hair. One size fits all.

Condition: Good/wearablecondition. Has some dings in the velvet and signs of wear. The hat pin is a littletarnishedon the metal part, but it still functions as a hat pin.There are some areas of the velvet that got water dripped on them, and now the velvet looks shiny in those areas. I do not have a velvet brush, but I think that would help or remedy those issues.
