This is a book entitled The Children's Treasury: A book to grow on ©1947 Compiled by Marjorie Barrows and Lillian Wuerfel, art editor. It is extensively illustrated throughout with both B&W and beautiful color illustrations sure to please the little one in your life.
This book measures approx 8.25" x 6" x 1.25" and has 384 pages. The cover has some wear to the corners where the boards show through and there is some rubbing front and back. There is no dustjacket. The inside back cover shows some of the binding loosening but right now the book is tight. It is 79 years old!
