This is a vintage ceramic 1950\'s table lighter featuring a dapper, though a bit shady looking, man in a top hat. Doing research I found these in various colors. This fellow has yellow to olive green hat and pants. Has a paper label on his rear, PATJA, Richmond, Ind. 6 1/2\" high, 3\" wide. Lighter is under the hat. Only negative is a minor paint loss on one foot, see enlarged picture.
