This is a vintage 1950s Mid-Century Modern TV lamp featuring a sculptural rooster form with bold flowing curves and a classic chartreuse green pottery glaze. Some of the photos appear slightly washed out—the actual color is richer, greener, and a little more vibrant in person… it’s basically that 1950s green..
The lamp was rewired at some point, and the socket currently works as a three-way switch. The underside has a black felt bottom. The harp is permanently staked and does not detach, so the lamp requires a larger shipping box, and shipping charges will reflect that. Please also note that automatically deducts 13% of the shipping amount, and the lamp will be fully insured.
The ceramic body shows no cracks. I have not taken anything apart or attempted any internal work.. everything works as it should please see pictures for description and don’t hesitate to ask any questions you may have
The lamp stands approximately 25–26 inches tall including the fixed harp, and the base is roughly 7–8 inches wide. It displays beautifully and has the strong sculptural presence these TV lamps are known for.
